This site is operated by Kailasham (Shiv Rattan Kendra), Old Civil Hospital Road, near Ambika Mata Mandir Chowk, Old Town, Ambala, Haryana 134003, India. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 72066 23055.

This builder does not take payment and does not place an order by itself. When you tap Place Order it opens WhatsApp with your design and details in a message, which you send to us.

• Your message is a request, not a confirmed order.
• We reply to confirm the piece, the final price and the delivery time.
• The order exists once we have confirmed it and received payment.
• We may decline or cancel a request — if a stone is out of stock, if the delivery address is one we cannot reach, or if the price was shown incorrectly. Anything already paid is refunded in full.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are calculated from our live catalog as you build. They are indicative until we confirm your order, and do not include delivery unless we say so. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an error, we will tell you before taking payment rather than hold you to it.

Every piece is strung by hand, one at a time, after you order it. Two consequences worth knowing before you buy:

• Natural stones vary. Colour, banding and inclusions differ from bead to bead and from the photographs, which show representative stones rather than the exact ones you will receive. This is the nature of the material, not a defect.
• Because a piece is made to your design and your size, it cannot be resold. Please check your design, your bead count and your wrist size before confirming.

Our pieces are made for intention and adornment. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no stone is offered as a treatment for any condition.

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or not the design you confirmed, message us on WhatsApp with a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.

The design you build is yours. Saving or sharing one creates a link that anyone holding it can view, so treat it as public. We may show finished pieces in our own portfolio or on social media; tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

The site itself — its photography, text, and the builder — remains ours. Please do not copy it wholesale or use automated tools to harvest it.

We stand behind our pieces and the statutory rights you have as a consumer, and nothing here limits those. Beyond that, we cannot promise the site will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect losses — for example a piece not arriving in time for a particular occasion where the delay is the courier's. Order early for a festival.

For any complaint, contact our Grievance Officer on WhatsApp at +91 72066 23055. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve the matter within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
