Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Kailasham (Shiv Rattan Kendra), Old Civil Hospital Road, near Ambika Mata Mandir Chowk, Old Town, Ambala, Haryana 134003, India. For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data, message us on WhatsApp at +91 72066 23055.

It is a design tool. You build a piece, and when you are ready it opens WhatsApp with your design and your details already written into a message. You send that message yourself. Nothing is charged here, and no account is ever created.

When you tap Request on WhatsApp we ask for your name, mobile number, delivery address and — optionally — your email, a landmark and a gift message.

We do not store any of it on this website. Those details are placed into your WhatsApp message and nowhere else. They are not saved to our database, not sent to our servers, and not kept in your browser. If you close the page before sending, they are gone.

Once you send the message, your details live in that WhatsApp conversation — held by you, by us, and by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy. We use them to confirm the order, take payment and post the parcel, and we keep the conversation and the order record for as long as we need to for accounts and tax purposes.

When you share a design or request one, we save the design itself — the components you chose, their order, the size and the price — so that its link keeps working. This record contains no personal information: no name, no number, no address. It is not connected to you.

Anyone who has the link can view that design, so treat it as public. Design pages are excluded from search engines. We keep them indefinitely, because a link you sent someone should not stop working.

• This site sets no cookies — no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies, nothing that follows you to other sites.
• Your browser stores your work in progress — the design on screen and whether you muted the bead sounds — on your own device. We cannot read it, and clearing your browser data removes it.
• We count anonymous, aggregate events (a design started, a design finished, an order placed) to understand where people get stuck. These carry no name, number or address, and cannot identify you.

• WhatsApp (Meta) — once you send the message, it is delivered through WhatsApp and covered by their privacy policy.
• Our hosting and data providers — Vercel (hosting and anonymous analytics), Supabase (the saved designs database) and Sentry (error reports). They process data on our instructions.
• Our courier — the delivery name, address and phone number, so the parcel can reach you.
• Authorities — only where the law requires it.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We never have.

Our servers briefly hold your IP address to rate-limit abuse and to record errors so we can fix them. These are not used to build a profile of you and are not linked to your order.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may complain about how we have handled it. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 72066 23055 and we will respond within 30 days.

Some records — invoices and tax records in particular — we are required to keep even after a deletion request. We will tell you if that applies.

This site is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.

If something here has gone wrong, contact our Grievance Officer on WhatsApp at +91 72066 23055. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve the matter within one month.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.

This policy covers the design builder only. Purchases completed on kailasham.com are covered by that site's privacy policy.
